These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our App (Restaupos, RetailShop and Cloud service). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You acknowledge and agree that Taste Tech may provide Content that is protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, as well as laws governing these rights.
Unless explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions, you agree not to use such Content in a manner that violates these rights, either wholly or partially, including, but not limited to, any use that would directly infringe upon copyright or the rights of other customers.
Any use of the Services not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited. The technology, software, applications, content, designs, images, and other materials underlying or related to the Services are protected by copyright and other relevant laws. You agree not to: copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code; sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights related to the Services. Any rights not explicitly granted in these Terms are reserved by Taste Tech. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as granting, either implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use the intellectual property associated with the Services or any of its components.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
• Violating any local, state, or national law.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Attempting to interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
• Uploading harmful or malicious content.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may cancel or suspend your account at any time with written notice. Termination will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Immediate cancellation may occur if, in our discretion:
• You breach these Terms or any other applicable terms.
• Continuing the service in your jurisdiction would violate any laws.
• We withdraw the service from your jurisdiction.
• Your account creates security or performance risks for Taste Tech or other customers.
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@restaupos.com. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and no refund will be provided for any prepaid fees unless otherwise agreed.
Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, and all rights under these Terms will end, except for data storage until permanent deletion. We are not liable for any loss or damage following cancellation, and it is your responsibility to back up any necessary content or data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page periodically for updates.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively through the competent courts, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
